52 Week Pick & Mix Challenge: Domestic Animals/Three Shades of Blue

Hello everyone. How are we all? 

Today I will be showing you this week's 52 Week Challenge which is domestic animals and three shades of blue. If you're a regular reader you will probably know what I am about to say... combining these themes was really hard! In the end I settled on following this tutorial and using three blues.

First I used an unnamed sheer pink Color Club as my base and added Nail Pop - It's Mint as a french tip. I freehanded on the rest of the details using dotting tools and a detail brush. The polishes I used were Sinful Colors - Snow Me White, Barry M - Damson and OPI - I Saw.. You Saw.. We Saw.. Warsaw. 

I was pretty happy with these in terms of design, I'm not totally sold on the colours though. I think it's mainly the blue french tip that my brain isn't liking! I do love my little kitties though.. aren't they adorable!
