Hello everyone. How have your Monday's been?
I have a two in one post for you today - I have a feeling this may be the first of many as I have so many stamping plates I need to review lol. I am combining Pick A Polish and a review of plate BP05 from Born Pretty Store. The polish this week for PAP is OPI - Let's Do Anything We Want which I have never used before, so that's another untried off the list!
Click below for more.
Lets Do Anything We Want is a pretty little glitter topper which comprises of pink and white glitters of different shapes and sizes. I especially love the white squares, I think they make this polish. My swatch here shows two coats over Delush Polish - Make Me Blush with topcoat. This applied really well, the glitter distributed evenly across my nail and I didn't have to place the glitters at all. This is so girly for me, but I love it!
Plate BP05 has loads of images packed onto one tiny little plate! There is actually one more full nail image on my plate compared to what is shown on the BPS website. Normally I wouldn't mind a freebie, but it did mean that the images were smaller - so they were just a tiny bit too small for my thumb nails unfortunately which was a bit of a pain. All the full nail images stamped really well though, even if they are a bit tiddly I reckon I'll still use them a lot. The smaller images didn't stamp quite as well, the hand (I think that's what it is?) I could not get to work at all - the others I still found I could use though. How cute is that owl?!
So for my nail art I stamped over my base with this filigree style pattern and MoYou Nails - Black. It was all looking a little busy, so I topped it with a matte topcoat.
I loved this manicure, I think the matte topcoat finished it off perfectly. This polish is gorgeous, I don't know why it has taken me so long to try it. I really love the images on this stamping plate too, even though some of the images are a bit small I still think I will use them.
This stamping plate is available here for just $2.99 with free international shipping. You can also used my discount code (STAX31) for 10% off your order.
