Born Pretty Store - Gold Floral Water Decals Review.

Provided for review*

Hello everyone. I hope you're all well. I have had a very stressful day, I am looking forward to my time away more than ever now!

I have another Born Pretty Store review for you today, this time it is for these lovely Gold Floral Water Decals. I love water decals as they're such an easy way to get beautiful nail art, but I don't really use them that often, so I was eager to give these a try.

Read on after the jump to see what I thought.

I used a base of Dance Legend - Holy Diver. In hindsight this wasn't the best polish to showcase the decals, but I had just got this polish in the post and it is ridiculously beautiful so I HAD to use it. Sorry!

Once my base colour was dry I cut out my chosen decal from the sheet, soaked it in water for a few seconds, slid it from its backing and applied it to my nail.

I applied a layer of topcoat to secure it and that's all there was too it. The photo below shows the decals a bit better (sorry about the lighting).

These decals come in a pack with twenty transfers, so you can get two full manicures (or more if you just use them as accents) out of a pack. They are soo easy to apply, honestly anyone could do them, so if you don't feel confident enough to do your own nail art these are definitely a great option. Born Pretty Store have such a great range of designs so there is definitely something for everyone in their store too. I love this design, it's quite intricate so it's something I definitely couldn't do myself. But it's so delicate and pretty!

These decals are available here for $2.86 with free international shipping. Don't forget my discount code (STAX31) to get 10% off your order.

You can follow Born Pretty Store on FacebookTwitter and Instagram to keep up with their latest deals.

Thanks for looking.

  1. I've never used water decals before but these look nice and I really love this polish! I need something like this to add to my collection! Is it a pain to take off?

    1. Thank you my lovely. No removal wasn't too bad, there are no proper big glitter particles in there so it's much easier to remove than a glitter. I think everyone needs something like this in their collection, I am obsessed with it lol.

  2. This looks seriously amazing! I actually like that the decals aren't super noticeable, because they look great over this polish.
